I find myself reading my "Bergen" mail and cannot help but reflect on my history with this place. As a student, staff member and more recently faculty member. I often see people who have had life-long or life-altering relationships with institutions. Ask someone who went to the University of Ohio or OSU about their experience and they light up. It's like you asked them about their family and they beam with pride.
Ask someone about BCC and usually they just smile, but it's a knowing smile. So yes, I'm smiling this morning.
